Kindergarten candidates should be 5 years old by September 1.

To be begin the admission process, submit your application here. Once an application has been submitted, you will have access to an Admission Checklist which will outline supporting materials needed and next steps. To be considered in the first round of decisions for the 2025-26 school year, for admission and the $100 application fee by January 22, 2025.  

Tuition Assistance applications are due by January 17, 2025. 

Following the first round of offers, applications will be accepted and processed on a rolling basis. 

If you are interested in the 2024-25 school year, contact the admission team (408 378 5935 or admission@oldorchardschool.com) prior to submitting an application to ensure space is available in your grade of interest.

After submitting the application, log back in to the Admission Portal to access your Admission Checklist which will outline supporting materials needed and next steps. Requirements vary by grade and may include copies of recent report cards and feedback from a current teacher. See below for details by grade level.

To be considered in the first round of decisions for the 2025-26 school year, all supporting material must be uploaded to the applicant's checklist by January 22, 2025.

The final step in the admission process is a campus visit. All applicants are invited to come to campus to spend time with teachers and classmates. The visit allows teachers the opportunity to evaluate each candidate in person and provides students and parents the opportunity to meet classmates and experience life at Old Orchard.
