RSVP & Child Care Sign up for "Screenagers"

Please submit this form no later than Monday, May 27.

The showing of Screenagers is Wednesday, May 29, 6:30-8:30 p.m. This is a parent-only event. However, the school will provide on-site child care to families that submit this form by Monday, May 27.

Here are Child Care details:

Drop-off at the Lunch Area/Kindergarten Classroom from 6:20 p.m.
Students in After-School Care may simply stay on after 6 p.m. - Be sure to pack a dinner for your child or drop something off before the event..
Fee: $5 for one child; $10 for two or more children. Payable at drop-off.
Pick-up by 8:30 p.m.
The school will provide a light snack & drinks.
