Grant requests are considered by OOSL on the first Friday of each month. If your request is urgent or time sensitive, email Grant Coordinator Jeanie Ramos directly after submitting your Grant Request. (She automatically receives an email with the grant information.

Tell us what you want to do or buy and how it enriches your students' educational experience.​​
Please include the name of the vendor and a web address. For materials, be sure to include any taxes, freight or shipping costs costs. If these costs are not include in the original request, the grant will need to return to the board for final approval at the next month's OOSL meeting.​

Do you need a check in advance from OOSL for the vendor/supplier? Will the vendor/supplier submit an invoice, contract or bill? Will you pay for this yourself and submit a reimbursement request to OOSL later?​​​​

OOSL would love to hear from students, teachers and staff how the grant turned out so we can pass feedback on to our donors. We especially appreciate quotes from students. So when you've used your new materials or your assembly is over, please follow up!​​​
